EXCHANGE & RETURN OF GOODS

 

HOW TO REPLACE GOODS?


If you wish to change the size of the delivered goods, please contact us at our email: eshop.eu@robel.shoes, write "exchange of order number XXX" in the subject and please state in the message for what size you would need to exchange the goods.

Before sending, please make sure that you return the goods in their original condition, not worn, undamaged in the original box. By default, we only provide an exchange for the size of the same product. We do not provide exchange for another type of product (eg shoes for a handbag).

If the replacement goods are in stock, we will send the package immediately after the exchange is processed. In the event that replacement goods are not in stock and exchange may not be available, you will be contacted by telephone or e-mail by our backoffice so that a successful refund can take place.

We will inform you about the processing of the package via e-mail.

The goods can also be exchanged at one of our stores.

 

HOW TO RETURN THE GOODS?


If you wish to return the purchased goods, please fill in the Online return Form or the attached formular.

Purchased goods online can be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods without mentioning a reason.

Before sending the goods, please make sure that you send the goods in their original condition, undamaged, not worn, in the original box. When returning, please add the order summary or invoice in the box so that we can successfully process your return.

To return the goods, send the packaged package (without cash on delivery) to the following address:

We will inform you about the processing of the package via e-mail. The funds will be returned to your bank account no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the returned goods.

Goods purchased online can also be returned at one of our stores. Please pack the unused goods in the original box, put a summary of the order in it and bring it to your chosen Robel shoes store, where our salesforce will inform you about the next steps.

 

NEW FOR RETURN OF GOODS - SHIPPING POINT (PACKETA)


Using the shipping point Packeta is the easiest and cost free way to return goods.
 

Procedure how to return goods through Packeta:

Please fill out the ronline return form or the attached formular first. 
When returning, please add the order summary or invoice in the box so that we can successfully process your return.
Pack the goods you want to return and bring them to the shipping point Packeta of your choice
There you just give the sender's ID for the return shipment - the ID of our online store is 98670862. They will print a label and a confirmation of receipt of the shipment. The goods will then be sent to us. You do not pay anything for this service.

This service is available only in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary.
 

IMPORTANT FACTS

Upon delivery by the carrier, please always check the condition of your shipment (number of packages, integrity of packaging) and in case of incomplete or damaged shipment, you have the right to refuse to accept the delivery.
If you personally take over your order at a specific Robel Shoes store, do not forget to check and try the goods, because the possibility of returning the goods does not apply to the goods purchased in this way.
Whether you choose a courier company or Post to return the goods, it is your choice and the costs associated with it will not be reimbursed to you.
