1. First clean the trainers from dust and coarse dirt with a high-quality shoe brush. Soles and rubber tips are also excellently cleaned by crystalline rubber.

2. Prepare the cleaning mixture. You can use warm water mixed with a small amount of detergent or dish soap. If you have nothing else on hand, hair shampoo will also work.

3. If the laces are also dirty, remove them and wash them thoroughly in prepared soapy water or in a washing machine on a gentle cycle. Allow them to dry freely.

4. Soak a brush with soft bristles, an old toothbrush or a cloth in the cleaning mixture and clean the entire trainers with gentle circular movements.

5. If you also need to clean the inner insoles, remove them from the trainers, clean them with the prepared solution and let them dry.

6. Finally, dry the entire trainers with a dry microfiber towel or a soft cloth.

How to wash white sneakers in the washing machine?

The washing machine is a big risk for any type of footwear. Your white trainers can get damaged or turn yellow. Therefore, we do not recommend this method in most cases! However, if you still want to try it, here are some tips on how to clean sneakers in the washing machine safely:

1. Only wash fabric trainers and trainers without a large number of glued parts in the washing machine.

2. Place the trainers in a protective shoe bag designed for safe shoe washing, or wash them with something soft, such as towels.

3. Laces and insoles are washed better if you remove them from the trainers. Therefore, place them separately in the protective bag.

4. Wash on a delicate cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C using a normal amount of liquid detergent.

5. Let the trainers, laces and insoles dry freely. Do not put them in the dryer!

How to clean white leather trainers?

In addition to good care, you can extend the life of leather trainers with appropriately selected cleaning agents. A damp cloth is enough for small stains, but for deep cleaning, we recommend using a special cleaning soap for leather. Do not forget to impregnate the trainers after cleaning! A brush for suede and nubuck is also a practical aid, which is excellent for the daily maintenance of suede trainers.
